A cover of a tune first recorded by late-1960s Saturday morning rockers The Banana Splits. You'll just have to go to You Tube and look them up. Words cannot describe this band.

I first heard the song from fellow Rank Amateur A. Bergey, who proudly spun the cardboard 45rpm recording that had been cut out from the back of a cereal box and saved as a precious artifact for many years. Originally essayed by Rank Amateurs on their third and final album, Think Bad Thoughts (1988).
