Fellow outsider music auteur Andy Bergey handed me a cd full of old and new compositions rendered in his inimitable style. Hangin' Howard caught my ear immediately - a great hook, killer lyrics, and a no-nonsense power pop potential just waiting to be unleashed. Maybe someday that will occur.
